The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is located in the northeastern part of the United States. Pennsylvania has been known as the Quaker State and as the Keystone State based in part upon its central location among the original Thirteen Colonies forming the United States.
Age of consent is 16. Does not recognize out of state Same-Sex Marriages. Pennsylvania does not have any sodomy laws.
