I really don't remember seeing this customer but his description of my physique is a bit off. I am not like some huge bodybuilder. I have put on a bit more muscle since my last photo shoot, but I am only 190 lbs. not 210-220. That would take a few cycles of roids & I prefer to stay natural. It's not wise to stay on a "pre-contest/photo shoot ready" diet all year round, cause then I wouldn't get any gains at all in the gym & I don't work out just to maintain what I already have. I do want to put on a little more muscle but of course in all the rite places. I am not always as ripped as my pics but I always maintain good definition & always have abs.
