I've wanted to meet Caesar for a while now but we always missed each other due to schedule conflicts. So I was extremely happy when he said he would be in town on my next visit. He's always been very personable on the phone( Ihad to text mssg him 1st)and was interested in what I wanted from our session. We set a time and date. He called me before leaving his home to let me know he was on his way which I thought was very professional.
