It is most unfortunate that things did not work out with this connection. But I must say, that, there must have been a misunderstanding about my dog, I would have been to embarrassed to show up if I thought my client was unaware. If I had known there was a problem I would have boarded my dog for the night. The client insisted that we walk the dog down my the bay and even tried to buy her a ticket on the ferry to the statue of liberty. she wasn't allowed on the boat. I insisted that we return her to the car and he said no, he asked if he could please walk her, and he did for a long time... I had refused my earlier client dinner because I felt this client was paying for an overnight and was entitled to my dinner time. I was in a hurry to remove the dog as I was starving.
