He met me at "his" appartment. He took my money then sent me out to my car to get something. When I returned, he wouldn't answer the phone to buzz me back into the building. I thought perhaps the phone was broken so I waited for a while and kept trying. I finally followed someone else into the building and knocked on the door. Someone else answered the door.
