Experience:
I first contacted Manuel on the 7th and asked him for his rates and see about setting up a meeting. He emailed me back in a day later explaining his rates where 250 and hour and he had a two hour min. When I called him first I noticed he didn't have a Latino accident, he sounded slightly on edge and a little pushy. But I didn't let it concern me. When the time came he showed up extremely late it was almost 10pm when he arrived. I was also surprise that the photos of him did not match him.
