Be very weary of this guy. He is just looking to make money and nothing else.
I first contact Jose 30 minutes after he posted his ad on craigslist for Little Rock, AR. When I called him, his phone kept ringing, so I send him an e-mail. After he got out, he called and asked me how far away was I and I told him 5 minutes, he then gave me his room number and I meet him promptly at 8pm.
